Eksten is the place to go. I too had really bad experience at Mac's II as they don't seem to know what they are doing besides paint jobs.

Check out Gilbert Motor Works in Webster. Curt does most of the stuff I don't do myself.
I would recommend Eksten's, too except for the scheduling problem, the neighborhood, and the fact they buggered my shock towers when doing an alignment on my M3 with camber plates (pry marks all around the flanges).

After reading through the recommendations, can anyone recommend a shop for a piece of purely cosmetic bodywork? (rear bumper and quarter panel?)
