Join us for our Annual Membership Meeting (this meeting is FREE. Members are encouraged, but not required to attend), where we'll announce the results of this year's elections and vote on the proposed bylaws changes. Immediately followed by our Holiday Party at Artisan Works in Rochester, NY.

This year is a special year, as it marks 40 years since the incorporation of the Genesee Valley Chapter of the BMWCCA. We will have some special acknowledgements to celebrate the occasion.

During ample social time, we will enjoy raffles and a silent auction, with all the proceeds going to The Willow Center. The evenings soundtrack to be provided by students of the Eastman School of Music.

There will be a cash bar open for the duration of the event.

Cost is $60 per attendee for the Holiday Party (the Annual General Membershyip Meeting is free).
